When ordering by email or phone use PayPal to pay us and do the whole thing electronically! Please email us first to confirm availability of the items you want and to get a final quote including shipping. Then go to PayPal and "send" us (PayPal account name; pacifictv@shaw.ca) the quoted amount (US dollars only). As soon as we get the confirming email from the PayPal system we will pack and ship your order.
When ordering by phone if possible we prefer a follow up email with your shipping information and confirming the items ordered as this reduces the chances of errors and gives all concerned a record of the transaction details. Do to recent changes we no longer accept Canada Postal money orders but we do accept banks drafts (bank money orders), the same day where possible. Sorry we do not accept Visa, Master Card, personal checks, bank transfers, Canada Post money orders or Western Union and MoneyGram cash transfers.
We bill all Paypal customers in US dollars and publish our catalog in U.S. dollars for the convenience of the majority of our internet customers. We can bill in Canadian dollars if you pay by certified cheque or a bank draft (bank money order). The exchange rate is currently about $0.79 U.S. for a Canadian dollar ($0.79 USD = $1.00 CAD).

Shipping and handling varies with the size and weight of the package. Generally to the US a small order (up to about 7 miniature tubes or 2 output/sweep tubes) costs $8.90 USD in shipping charges (small packet air post - NO TRACKING NUMBER). Larger orders, Canadian and international orders will have higher shipping costs. Faster shipping methods (Fedex, Purolator, etc) are available upon request.
